Cancellation Policy:

Made Simply Boutique does allow cancellations of regular orders any time before the actual shipment has been made. Unfortunately we do not allow any cancellations of special and custom orders that have gone into production. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, we would have to process it as a return. In this case, please accept the merchandise and browse our returns & exchanges policy. If you do have any further questions, please email us at returns@madesimplyboutique.com  Thank you!

Return & Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your item, you can email us at returns@madesimplyboutique.com . We only accept returns on unworn items with the original packaging.  Please make sure you return the order to us within 7 days from receiving it as well as including your original invoice and the reason for return. If you do not provide us with your order information, we will not be able to process your return. All customers are responsible for the shipping charges unless the mistake was on our side. Any undeliverable packages will also be the customer’s responsibility and we will not be able to reimburse shipping charges. Unfortunately, all sales are final for custom and special orders and we do not accept returns on them. If you do need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you!

 

Processing Time:

Once we receive your order, we will start working on it right away. This process takes about 10 business days excluding shipping time depending on which style has been ordered. If a custom order has been placed, it would take about 10-15 business days excluding shipping time.  If you wish to have your order sooner, please email us at customercare@madesimplyboutique.com and we will try our best to comply.

Shipping:

Made Simply Boutique ships most orders via ups and carriers may vary depending on location. We offer expedited shipping (next day air and 2nd day air) for anybody who needs their order to arrive sooner. Packages will be fully insured and signature required due to the value of the merchandise. All delivery schedules and charges are estimated and the actual deliverance and charges may vary. We are not responsible for shipper delays nor will we be responsible for any damages to the good during delivery. The responsibility will be passed on to you once we deliver the package to the carrier. We are not liable for any non delivered goods due to wrong information provided by the customer. Please always double check your information before submitting it to us.

We provide free shipping for orders over $300.00 within the US, besides Alaska and Hawaii.

Sales Tax:

Made Simply Boutique will charge a 9% sales tax to any orders being shipped within New York State only.
