What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master card Discover and American Express.

Is my transaction safe?

The security of your personal information is very important to us. In an effort to protect your personal information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 256 bit encryption.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged after placing your order. You will be required to provide your credit card information to us when placing the order.

How long will it take to process my order?

We will process your order when the payment has been confirmed. Once all information has been confirmed, we will begin production right away.

How long will it take before my order is shipped?

Once we process your order, the average time it’ll take us to complete it is about 7-10 days depending on which styles you order. Any custom orders will take about 10-15 business days.

Which shipping method is used when shipping out my package?

We will be using UPS to ship out all orders. We offer free shipping via UPS ground within the U.S for any purchases over $300.00, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We will also have expedited shipping available for anybody who needs their orders to be rushed.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Since we use UPS as our main shipping method, we cannot ship out to P.O. Box addresses.

Can I return/exchange my merchandise?

We do accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that is unworn and still has the original packaging. Please do make sure to return it to us within 7 days of after receiving your order. You can email us at returns@madesimplyboutique.com. Unfortunately, all custom orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please take a look at our return/exchange policy for more information.

Is gift wrapping available?

Gift wrapping is available for all of our products.

Are the pictures of your products on the website actual size?

The products pictured on our site are not the actual size of the merchandise itself.

We have provided dimensions under product information so always take a close look to the description before purchasing.

Do you ship out of the U.S?

How should I care for my jewelry?

In order to preserve any kind of jewelry, it is always best to avoid contact with any forms of liquid or chemicals. A good example is, when taking a shower or even when washing your hands, it is always the best to take it off before doing so. We will provide polishing cloths to clean your jewelry with and it is always best to wipe the surface with this cloth.
